Today,obesity big and dangerous problem which frightens all people.The reasons of the problem obesity people,eating much and general change to human body.In this essay ı will suggest some ways to prevent obesity problems.
In the first line,it would be good idea to encourge to eat fresh meals and regular times.In this way we can prevent to take a lot of kilos.
Secondly,it would help us to benefit from dietician.For instance people to get good eating future.This would cause not to take a lot of kilos.
Finally,another way is to obesity people would to run operation in hospital.This would cause we will be free!
Taking evreything account threr are many ways to prevent obessity problem.Usable fresh food benefiting from people and usuable times are among these solutions.If we apply them the obbesity people can be lose to kilos better.

Scıence has gradually been improving so rapidly for eras.More than one hundred experiments are conducted by groups of scıentısts every year and the overwhelmıng majorıty of them attains successful consequences.However some of scıentıfıc tests are sometımes exposed to heavy crıtıcısım because of some culturel,social and relıgious values or ıdeologıcal approaches.The study of clonıng ıs one of the scıentıfıc tests whıch are harshly crıtıcızed by some of the publıc.Opponents of clonıng tests argue that clonıng experıments can bear traumatıc outcomes for humanıty.however,ın my opinion,clonıng test can be benefıcal for human beıngs ın terms of new ways of treatments for lıfe-treatıng and ıncurable dıseases.

In recent years, online shopping has spread very quickly and became popular in the world .According to research conducted , the number of regular online shoppers in Europe has reached 50 million. Actually, this number confirms its popularity. There are loyal customers who always prefer to shop online and they have some common traits. For instance, they do not have enough time to go shopping or they do not like wasting lots of time in a shopping center. Online shopping has a reputation for being easy, comfortable and sometimes offers more appropriate prices. Despite providing many opportunities for the customers, online shopping may have some drawbacks, too.
The majority of the people prefer this way of shopping due to lack of time or an availability of the stores. With the help of online shopping, it is easy to reach to products of any brand in seconds. For instance, some people tend to wear fashionable or brand name clothes. However, they may not have an access to such products if their town does not have their favourite store. On the other hand, they can easily find online whatever they want. Similarly, through online shopping, consumers can follow the trends of some international brands such as, Levi’s and Adidas. Another advantage is that people can purchase not only clothes but also travel/concert/theater tickets, electrical goods and home machines without going out for shopping.
There are some problems with online shopping, though. For instance, some websites do not include enough information about a product; such as detailed prices. Another problem is that consumers may not receive the product on time, or even in the right colour. Then, when the product arrives, consumers feel disappointed as it does not fulfill his/her expectations. Another problem is safety. It is difficult for people to trust a certain website, if they are not familiar with that site or if they faced a security problem there. For example, if there are a lot of complaints about an internet site, other customers are influenced negatively. Being under the influence of these unhappy customers, most people avoid purchasing goods this way. However, if the majority of the online shoppers are satisfied with the service provided, they will tend to choose those internet sites. Therefore, it is important for companies to keep a good quality service.
As it is seen, with the help of technology, which brings people from many different part of the world together, shopping is much easier and comfortable, as long as it secure and of good quality.

Information: We wrote this paragraph in bahcesehir prep. school.It is a kind of essay but we wrote as a paragraph.Also it is a opinion paragraph.
No one can deny the fact that everybody must work in order to earn money and survive.A great deal of women are affected by this situation and started to work too.However, they also have children.It is a debatable matter whether working mothers can be good mothers or not.Although a lot of people say that working mothers can not be good mothers , I completely disagree with this idea because of the fact that they can work and look after their children well at the same time.To my way of thinking, mothers who work absolutely can be succesful as a mother and a worker.The first and the most significant reason is that they can get experience easily and they can teach their children how life is.For instance,if a woman works for a company ,she can be aware of her responsibilities and shares how to take responsibilities with her own children.Also , working mothers know the diffuculties of working life such as finding a job , how to cope with stress etc. so she can transfer this knowledge to her children.Another reason is financal issues.What I mean is that working mothers not only give experiences to their children but also they earn money and provide their children with a comfortable life.For instance,mothers can support their hause and supply extra income.Therefore,the child who has a working mother can have a better education.Furthermore,the child can join social activities.The last important reason is that the mother who work knows the social life well.Therefore,they can prepare their children to social life.For example,a working mother has improved communication skills and she can be a model to their children.Also improved comminication skills help the child make new friends and solve problems with his/her friends.In the light of the topic I mentioned above we can say that working mothers can be succesful mothers too.

Have you ever thought about how you pollute the Mother Nature? For instance, according to research of Wikipedia; a British family produces 300 kilos of waste in a year. That means we lose sand which is approximately Cyprus side every year. However, despite reading it at the moment; nobody will care about the world, about the future. Nobody thinks that there is a tiny line between the destruction of our world from the humanity, and also this line is recycling.
The pollution is a serious problem and we can make the earth breathing by being careful. Nevertheless we have to know the kinds of pollution.

Initially, air pollution is the most important kind of pollution and this will be discussed in this essay. Because people can live without food for a week, they can live without water about two minutes; however, nobody can live without air for a minute. That is why air pollution should be taken seriously. Alas, the air which we are breathing every day is just a mix of pesticides, exhaust smoke and some harmful compounds with carbon. That can be a reason for consequential diseases in the future.
For prevent these situations, recycle should be done at the first place. Because when individuals try to produce new stuff, the factories mix the air with carbon dioxide. But the recycling makes the factories less usable so the air mixes with less carbon dioxide. Secondly, many can prefer public service vehicles like bus or minibus to the private cars. Thus, air can be kept in clean. And lastly, people can plant trees to prevent the air pollution. According to a newspaper, if a person plant five trees every year, the air will be getting clearer and cleaner.
Taking all of them into consideration, it is clear that we have an important problem. However, that is not an unsolvable thing. If we take it serious, we can succeed .And I believe the humanity by my heart that we can save the world from pollution and we can make it more liveable.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR EXAMS
Exams are the key points of lessons at school. They are nightmares for most of the students. Because of this, you should prepare for them very well. Preparing is a long term study and it consists of three stages.
Preparing for exams starts in the lesson. Firstly, you should be careful about attendance and not miss the courses. Not to have a problem with your teacher and not to disturb your friends, you should come to class on time. Not to come to class, do not try to find an excuse or something to avoid going to lesson. Secondly, listen to your teacher carefully during the lesson. Ask questions while listening if you do not understand something related to the topic. Just focus on the lesson, do not talk to your friends about something irrelevant to the lesson. Thirdly, take notes during the lesson. While taking notes, do not write everything. Write your notes in plain, they should be understandable. If you miss any courses or a part of a lesson, get information and notes from your friends.
Second part of preparing for exams is related to arrangement before studying. Firstly, be ready mentally. Believe in yourself and do not be pessimistic or desperate. Be determined to study. Have self-confidence and think that you are not different from the others. Secondly, find a suitable place to study. The place should be quiet. Also, the place should be comfortable and not disturb you in terms of everything. Third, prepare your materials before studying. Take everything necessary with you. Arrange a timetable and do everything one after the other.
Last part of preparing for exam is about making rules and obeying them during studying. First, avoid the things that causes you lose your attention. Do not take your mobile phone with you, for example. Do not listen to music or watch TV while studying. Secondly, use your time efficiently. Arrange an effective timetable and stick to it while studying. Instead of having breaks whenever you feel like it, have your breaks according to timetable. Do not eat or drink anything while studying. Third, try to do your best every time. Think positively and be optimistic. Do not give up studying before finishing the necessary things. When you finish, review them for ten minutes and stop studying.
In conclusion, preparing for exams is difficult term. You should do everything one after the other. This term is composed of three stages; in the lesson, before studying and during studying. You should always be planned and do everything on time.
FINDİNG A JOB
Unemployment is a current epidemic affecting people of all ages from various nations. Sociologists go so far as to say that unemployment is the new ‘shared human trait’. International Labour Organisation (ILO) has recently declared that over 1.3 billion people have lost their jobs worldwide in the last 12 months. Losing jobs, however, is just one side of the matter. In addition, there is the problem of the scarcity of jobs. With so many people looking for employment and a limited number of jobs available to them, only 2 percent are likely to find a full time job, according to the figures released by the United Nations Development Fund (UNDF). You can, however, be among the lucky 2 percent with a secure job if you dedicate your time and effort to the following key steps; locating a job you are interested in, writing a good CV, and improving your interview skills.
First of all, you should try to locate a job you are interested in. You should know your skills and after that look for a job. You can search on the internet about job advertisements or you can follow the newspapers’ job advertisement sections. In addition, you can sign in Recruitment Agency and get help from them.
Secondly, after locating a job, you should write a good CV that has should have a positive effect on employer. You should introduce yourself in terms of every skills you have and experiences you had. For instance, you can mention about your last work, languages that you know or your using computer programmes. You should not give any negative information about yourself on that CV. For example, if you did not do your military service cannot you use computer effectively, do not mention about them. Just write about positive things.
Lastly, after sending your CV, you should always be ready for an interview, because they can call you anytime. Before going to interview, you should do rehearsal at home as if you are in an interview. You should be relaxed and look self-confident in the interview. Do not look nervous and be determined to get the job. Writing a good CV is not enough, also you should introduce yourself effectively by your speech, too. You should speak fluently, accurately and self-confidently. Apart from preparing and speaking, you should wear official clothes like suitcase and dress and affect them with your out looking, too.
In conclusion, unemployment is a big problem in today’s world and it is really hard to find a suitable and a good job. If you want to be among the lucky 2 percent, you should dedicate your time and effort, and follow these important steps; locating a job you are interested in, writing a good CV and improving your interview skills.
SHOULD ANIMAL EXPERIMANTATION BE PERMITTED?
The existence of animal experimantation has been known since the times when human involved in making scientific researches.In that; by the helps of animal experimantation science has highly polished and lots of severe ilnesses have been found remedies.Beyond doubt, it can be considered that animal experimantation is an inevitable part of science which tries to make our lifes more and more comfortable ,even though it is alleged that animal experimantation is not fair thing and shouldn’t be permitted.
It has been asserted as a fundamental debate that human and other living organism are different from each otherby nature, for example;’’ working with stem cells from mice “are often pointless — and sometimes even misleading.This is not say mice and humans have nothing in common. Even their stem cells have things in common. But it is the differences that are important when trying to extrapolate research results to a different species.’’(Dr.Ray Greek,march 16, 2010 in society /Animal Rights)Because of this , it is thought to be vain to utilize animals for finding out the influences of some materials on humans so, usage of humans in the experimantations directly is consider to be more benefical than animals.They even argue that humans and animals should have the same rights.To sum extend they might be right but on the other hand their idea about this issue is a vain on the grounds that we have no other option more logical than using animals in experimantations.So in my opinion, the supporters of this thought should seriously rethink their position.
The most important reason for allowing animal experimantation has helped science to develop with the help of it thousand of people suffering from incyrable ilnesses have been treatedand olso it has help to developed vaccines against diseases like rabies, polio, measles, mumps, rubella and TB. Antibiotics, HIV drugs, insulin and cancer treatments rely on animal tests.(Adam Stockdale,April 23,2009).Thanks to animal experimantation we are supplied with not only vital medicenes and treatment but vital information and precautions against disease, so thinking of its these benefits giving up animal experimantation would be really illogical.

As we know, being famous plays a major role in the media and people’s daily life, because, in any society people are always curious about celebrities’ lives and people want to be like them, they love watching celebrities as a role model for themselves. Therefore , television channels , newspapers, magazines and other media tools pay much attention to the personal lives of famous people such as public figures and celebrities. However, private lives of those people should not be given that much attention.
Everybody has a private life in the society and each person should show respect to other’s privacy. Hence, no one’s private life interest other people but, the media do not respect private lives of public figures since the media are always broadcasting news about the celebrities. Moreover most people do not complain about that due to their irresistible mania so , this is a embarrassing situation for the media and public of a country.
Magazine news causes a degeneration in a society because people follow useless presented as news instead useful news related to politics, economics, art and so on. As a result , people are isolated from real life and they may cling to fame and dreams which cannot be realized. Eventually, people stay away from reality , they become useless individuals for the society.
Although some people maintain the idea that private lives of celebrities should be given much attention in the media , because it helps people to get away from the unpleasant conditions in their lives. However people can do a lot of things to get rid of stress and unpleasant conditions ,so they have lots of alternative ways to overcome their problems. For instance, they can join a lot of enjoyable social activities which are more entertaining than magazine news related to celebrities. Hence, there is no need to broadcast news about private lives to entertain the public, because it is unethical and unpleasant.
To sum up, everyone should keep in mind that privacy is an important value for the society which should be respected by everyone. People should be interested in only their own lives because how we live is more important than how celebrities live.

QUITING FROM OBESITY
Obesity is a one of the serious problems people have encountered. A great number of
people are suffering from excess weight. Even due to this problem, especially women have to abandon some of their favorite activities. In order to understand the reason why their behaviors show changes, we have to think about what causes are underlying obesity. Some causes such as fast food, over eating are known as the most influential events.
Nowadays while we are going for a walk with our friends or relations at the shopping
centre or bazaars, countless fast food places such as Mc Donald’s or Dominos stand out. If there is a child in your group, most probably he will want to eat from their products.
Indeed; such foods are quite detrimental. Because; these foods have not got sufficient
ingredients. For instance; hamburger is made with intensive dough. This also can lead to difficulty of digestion. At the same time, fried potatoes which are served within the menu can cause the infraction because of using trance oils.
In addition, there is a one more reason that is more significant than ever. This also is
called as ‘over eating’. Nowadays we watch a lot of commercials about reducing medicines on TV. Because of the fact that people prefer to eat everything whatever they want, getting fat is inevitable. That is to say well-balanced diet program and eating junk food are absolutely critical about obesity. By the time, people notice the harmful case, excess weights are expanding without our understanding.
As regarding how we can prevent the obesity, there are a few crucial solutions. These
problems can be hindered by using economic sanctions of government. For example; the government can make an offer that if you reduce the quantity of production, financial support will be supplied about rate of tax. Another effective remedy is to be limiting fast food consumption by Ministry of Health. When it is done, to see the increase of number of healthy people will be good beginning in order to take some preventive measures. If we want to eradicate this problem entirely, another mission that must be taken into account should be raising awareness, because nothing is done without having sense of willing. Otherwise all of that are done by government cannot reach to aim. All in all ; everything comes together.
In conclusion, the obesity is quite difficult to lessen or to put end. But anything is
impossible. If the societies adopt the rules of government or pay attention to opinion of
expert who are professionals in their field, everything which seems as a difficult task can be easier. The more you believe, the more you get rid of it.

Certainly, children are most important person of our society.So we must be careful when grow up them.Because they are future of our community.Bringing up a child is related with us.I mean; if we are a mother or father, we will be a sample to our child.No speech is meaningful for a child, they only interest with their family behaviours.For example; the parents always says that telling lie is wrong behaviour but if parents tell lie, warnings are nonsensical.
On the other hand children are mirror-like their family.Whole behaviour of family effective on children.For example; if parents always do wants of their child, this child is spoiled and it will be difficult for his/her future.This child always do whatever he/she wants and this child exclude from society in the course time. Parents should be careful about the sensitive of their children. They shouldn’t do whatever children want. Maybe after some time passed, parents may do their wishes. It may be beneficial behaviour for children.
Other subject is that parent’s relations in their house. Their speaches and behahiours are important thing for children’s bring up. If father and mother always quarrel with each other, children’s opinions may be negative way. The most dangerous period is 6-10 period. Because, these children who are 6-10 can change their thought easily. They effect from everything. Even if parents argue with each other, they should change their places.In that, they should take pains that do not quarrel near their children’s. Parent’s speaches is also important as good as behaviours. Fathers be considered for boys and also mothers be considered for girls. Children imitate everything, especially parent’s speaches. For instance; father may say wicked words in his cavity times and his son may hear this sentence. He record it and always repeat this sentence in everywhere. So, they should be careful about their speech.
In conclusion, bringing up completely related with parent’s instruction.I mean; before bringing up a child parents must be well- educated about children.Parents must to be aware of their responsibilty about their child.They must notice importance of their behaviours than their speech.Parents can just bring up a child with their behaviour.
BENEFITS OF PUNISHMENT
Children are the most important wealth for parents. They are everything for a father or mother. Parents wants to do everything for their children while bringing up them. However, while children grow up, parents should be careful about their behaviour. Attitude of children is flexible and affected. Naturally, children make a mistake constantly. Parents have to correct their mistakes by different rules. If these rules disobey, what should parents do ? Should parents punish them ? Or not ?
I think the child is seriously misbehaving, parents should punish. I don’t mean beatings of course, but some slaps and spanks will do the child good in these circumstances. If the child make mistake, first step should be warn them as speaking. If child repeat his mistake, slaps and spanks can be work.If some children don’t understand the warning and they deserve beating. Slaps may be good lesson in some circumstances.
Beating children can be seen as a harmful;however when we look the parents ,in almost all families , they beat thier children because of various reasons.Sometimes it brings about possitive results.There are some possitive results of beating children.For example; beating children promotes education.Sometimes in order to achive the goal of education it can works. Students who is beaten can memorize even if an entire book in a day.It aslo provides dicipline for students and thanks to it they can be concentrate on lesssons.
On the other hand, punish isn’t explained just as beating. You may punish your child various types.For example; you have a 2 years old child who doesn’t understand any warning.Although you warn your child again and again, he/she doesn’t understand your monitory speechs.Therefore you must refer to slaps or your slipper.I’m sure that all of us were exposed to our mother’s slippers but these method of punish isn’t beating.It is only a warning type and generally it works.I know from my experience. I remember that one day I came my house at lately hours and my mother was waiting me in front of the door. When I entered, she started to slap me and it was a big lesson for me. After this event, I never come to house at lately hours. If my mother would warn me softly, maybe I could continue this behaviour.
To sum up, although some parents and experts claim that beating children can causes some phychological problems, it also has some possitive effects such as promoting education,repeat mistake and be good lesson for child. In limitaions, punish can be effective for bringing up a child.In necessary times,parents should punish to their children.
TO DESIRE GIVE UP SMOKING
Smoking dates way back in early times. It was used for medical purposes, but Europeans adopted the drug and decided to advertise it,day by day. Smoking have become a natural habitat for people recently. Because of this big change, governments have adopt a lot of measures such as conferences, grostesque pictures on the packets, price increase of the cigarettes, but these precautions usually aren’t effective for give up the cigarettes. Although people know that cigarette is harmful on their bodies, they continue smoking. For break up cigarette, you should want really. Unless you want to give up cigarette, none of the measure from the outside aren’t effective.
You can try all of the tactics of back out of cigarette. Because of your choosing about whether to start smoking or not, giving up the cigarette is your choice, too. As long as you don’t want to forsake smoking, you don’t interest with grotesque pictures of cancerous tumours and the health effects of tobacco on the packets. Only you decide to forsake smoking and success it just one day like Allen Carr. Although government authorities think that these precautions are useful, people smoking more than prior. Moreover, tobacco companies raise their advertisement against the government’s measure. So, these measures aren’t considered by people. They still smoking. In that, as long as people don’t want to give up, any of the measure from outside can’t convince. These are worthless. One person who want to smoke don’t give thought to neither pictures of the cigarette packets nor allocution of the conference.
Finally, governments should abdicate introducing bans on smoking attractive. Their precautions are just in the abstract. They should know that they can’t make people leave cigarettes with law or pictures. Instead of this, they should boost them psychologically and they should take a strong interest one by one. Of course, this application have to free. On the other hand, they have to ban producing the cigarettes and completely.
